I was able to get some photos uploaded to this computer so I´m going to post what I can in the next half our. Then I have to meet my class for an afternoon excursion to the aquarium in Gijon. Hopefully I will see sharks! Anyway, enjoy these. I´ll get the other/earlier photos up in a separate post, maybe later today.
Let´s start with Lori and Woody Allen. There´s a statue of Woody at one of the shopping districts by the Campo de San Fransicso. He´s super tiny.
This is the view of the school from Lori´s building. She lives right behind her classroom. My classroom is in Aulario B, which isn´t as close. But here´s part of the school anyway!
Last Monday there was a massive celebration because some team (hazy on the details) won a football game and you know how football is over here in Europe. There were tons of blue shirts and blue balloons and music. This was near the old part of town by ¨the¨ giant cathedral.
I was at Cafe Bambu, which is right around the corner from my house, and someone had brought their sweet little 4 month old black lab in. You know me and dogs. After I took this picture I asked if I could pet the dog and got a loud ¨Claro!¨ which is I think the Spanish equivalent of ¨Sure!¨
On Martes de Campo, there was a parade around lunchtime. Here are some pictures of festivities and traditional Asturian drag.

Oh look at how much fun you are having! I'm jealous.
