Leon!

Ian, Nicole and I went to Leon yesterday to kill a Sunday. The cathedral is amazing and the stained glass windows are super intricate, but the rest of the town pretty much stinks. We arrived during their medio-dia. Also, some museums closed early because it´s Sunday. Which I thought only happened in Utah, but whatever. I have a few photos. I actually took tons (the architecture and alleys ar still really pretty) but I only feel like posting a few. Here goes... and please keep in mind that Leon is one of the grossest cities I´ve seen yet. I mean, it´s okay, but it was just kind of a boring visit. I think the pigeons do most of the cleaning around the city.

A clock by the hotel/convent museum thing.

The dank, rusty looking pool in the park.

Giant bronze statue in town. Anatomically correct and everything.
